Dena Baxley

Dena is a native Floridian and resides in her hometown of Ruskin with her husband of 22 years and two young daughters. She began her journey in the wellness industry as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer in 2001. Her adventurous spirit and passion for fitness has lead her to train and become certified in many facets of fitness. These certifications include 200 RYT through YogaFit, Above The Barre, Barre, The Pow{h}er Method, Body Training Systems, Zumba, SCW Group Fitness, Pilates through AFFA and Club Pilates.

Dena danced her way through adolescence, so fitness felt like the ideal transition into adulthood. When Barre hit the fitness world, she was hooked! She has found the combination of yoga, pilates and high energy fitness focused ballet movements combined with weights equals a total body experience.

She is currently working towards an additional 200 Hot Yoga RYT and 500 PMA Pilates certification. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician, ACE certified Personal Trainer and the proud owner of ABSolute Bliss. As an active instructor at ABSolute Bliss, she desires to celebrate your strengths, encourage mental peace while inspiring a positive fitness experience.

The vision for ABSolute Bliss Studio was placed in Dena’s heart more than 18 years ago. Through prayer, educational growth and a dynamic team of incredible trainers this dream has come to fruition. She can’t wait to meet you! To encourage, teach, train and support you in all of your fitness endeavors.

Jennifer Yurcus

Hi, I’m Jen Yurcus and I’m absolutely blessed to meet you! I am honored to be a part of Team Bliss where I get to live out my personal mission in life of encouraging people and helping them laugh. I use fitness and lifestyle coaching as a means to share my passion with the world. I am a Tampa native and was raised in Brandon. I grew up playing sports and taking group exercise classes at my local YMCA. I loved the way exercising made me feel so I knew that I wanted to help others feel the same joy. Despite some parental push-back, I decided to pursue fitness as my career and haven’t looked back since. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Wellness Leadership. I have had the pleasure of encouraging people in the fitness field for 15+ years now! I have also earned many certifications along the way including American Council on Exercise Personal Training, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, AFAA Primary Group Fitness, Pow{h}er Barre Method, ICAA Leadership in Wellness Management, and more. I am also privileged to be a wife and mom of 2 little people. Riley is 7 and Dylan is 5. The Yurcus family loves to watch movies, have dance parties, swim, travel, and do all kinds of fun adventures together! I look forward to challenging and encouraging you in my classes and connecting with you as part of the ABSolute Bliss community!

Melanie Wilhelm

Melanie was first introduced to mind body fitness 8 years ago at Releve One Fitness Studio in Franklin, TN. She fell in love with mind body fitness and became certified to teach. Melanie taught classes for Releve One for 5 years before moving her family to Florida. Melanie is a teacher trainer for The powher method and is certified to teach barre n’ pow{h}er, tap n’ pow{h}er, barre n’ pow{h}er cardio, energy n’ pow{h}er, hold n’ pow{h}er and praise n’ pow{h}er.

Melanie danced tap, jazz and baton twirling though college. Melanie has been active in many forms of fitness as an adult such as yoga, Pilates and running marathons.

Melanie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is married and has 2 boys.

Tylar Landgraf

Tylar has always pursued an active lifestyle since early childhood! She loves to participate in softball, running, gymnastics, weightlifting, group fitness, hiking, and yoga. As an adult, she has become a Registered Nurse that believes in a holistic view of healing and recognizes the power of fitness for a well-rounded lifestyle. Tylar is earning her way to the Registered Yoga Teacher designation but has already taken multiple trainings with YogaFit. She also holds her Primary Group Exercise Certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Tylar is excited about helping people begin their journey with practicing Yoga or to help progress them along the way!

Jenn Von Lueders

After the birth of my last child in 2015, I was searching for an exercise that would be gentle on my body; this is when I discovered barre! After my first class I knew this was something different and amazing. How could I be so sore with such small, gentle, low impact moves??!! I was hooked! Sign me up!

As a life-long fitness enthusiast, I love trying new modalities and discovering new ways to keep my mind and body in top working order. I began dancing at the age of 3 and it has always been something that lite fire in my soul. I continued dancing throughout my youth and graduated in 2004 from the University of Tampa with a degree in Psychology and Dance. In 2006 I earned my group fitness certification and began teaching Stroller Strides classes with my baby in tow.

Fitness is my passion and fills my heart with joy. As a mother of four, wife, and full-time real estate professional, I deeply value this precious time to fill my joy bucket and connect with other beautiful women on their fitness journeys.

I am so excited to be certified in the Barre N’ Pow{her} Method where my love of fitness and dance collide. I look forward to helping you discover this beautiful form of exercise that encompasses MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.
