Studio Etiquette
- Please arrive ten minutes early to prepare for class. 
- Please bring your yoga mat to all Yoga and Pilates classes. - Hot yoga participants should bring one yoga towel and one hand towel. 
 
- Attire recommendations: - For Yoga classes, bare feet are permissible while in the studio only. 
- Barre Classes and private Pilates Reformer sessions require non-slip Barre/Yoga socks. 
- Shirts are required to be worn during all classes. 
- Men participating in yoga classes must wear compression type shorts under any lose fitting shorts. - Socks, mats and other specialty items are available for purchase at the studio. 
 
- Please refrain from wearing lotion, perfume, or other products with fragrance in consideration of those with allergies. However, it’s always a good idea to re-apply deodorant before a class. Body smells become exacerbated in heated and humid environments. 
- Please silence cell phones and watches while in the studio. If you need to answer a call, please step outside the studio. 
- Keep studio area clear of debris and place personal belongs in the designated locations. 
- Please mention any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions to the instructor before class starts! 
- If you must leave before class is officially over or you arrive late, please do so quietly and be discreet. 
- We are all on this journey together so please be respectful of the other participants and instructors. Keep talking during class to a minimum. 
- Spaces and areas of the room are not designated, named, reserved or assigned to any individual unless done so by the instructor. 
- Participants for class must be at least 16 years with a parental waiver signed on file through the app. Anyone younger than 16 will need consent from management. 
- Please wipe down any equipment used and return it to the designated location. 
- Beverages brought into the studio are required to have a tight fitting lid. 
- If you are unable to attend a pre-registered class be sure to cancel within 24 hours to avoid penalty.
